Team for Economic Action in Molalla (TEAM), an Oregon non-profit organization serving as the local economic development agency for Molalla, has an immediate opening for an Economic Development/ Main Street Coordinator. This full-time position will continue development and implementation of Molalla’s economic development and Main Street program. This position partners closely with local organizations, businesses, property owners and governmental agencies in order to promote investment and development within Molalla. The selected candidate will be responsible for the implementation of the local Main Street revitalization efforts and the primary responsible party coordinating all program activities and volunteers. The Main Street Coordinator is an essential representative of the community both regionally and statewide. The chosen candidate will remain flexible; guiding and supporting the organization as objectives continue to evolve

Qualifications
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Urban Planning, Economics, or Communications; and five years of related experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position.
