The Martin House Restoration Corporation seeks a dynamic, visionary individual to develop and oversee a wide range of educational and public programs at Frank Lloyd Wright’s Martin House Complex in Buffalo, NY, a National Historic Landmark.
The Education and Program Director will develop and implement programs designed to enhance the public’s understanding of themes related to the Martin House Complex – its history, architecture, and related art glass, furnishings and landscape. This individual will create activities and programs that will build current and future audiences at the historic site, and will work closely with the Martin House Curator and volunteer education committee.
The Martin House Restoration Corporation is a 501-c-3 non-profit organization dedicated to restoring, preserving and interpreting Frank Lloyd Wright’s greatest “prairie house, ” the six-structure Darwin Martin House complex. Visit us online at www.darwinmartinhouse.org.
Qualifications
BA or BS in education or a related field required, MA or MS preferred; three or more years of experience in teaching, museum education, or related work or equivalent experience required.
