Be a part of the National Trust’s summer internship program and join 15-20 other interns working on individual projects, as well as attending weekly brown bag lectures, tours of historic places, and other education activities.
An editorial intern working for Preservation magazine will help create a database of stories that have been published and historic places that have been featured. The intern will research the magazine’s archives of stories, documenting the topics covered, places featured and the issues facing the hisotric sites. The intern will also have the opportunity to fact-checking, editing and writing short articles for the magazine.
Editorial experience with a magazine or newspaper, including research and fact checking. Journalism, Communications or English majors preferred.
