The Shaker Museum-Mount Lebanon will offer free tours to the public of the North Family at Mount Lebanon Shaker Village in New Lebanon, NY on a regular basis this summer. An intern is needed to be on site during open hours, lead short script-based tours twice daily (11:30am and 2pm), and operate the gift shop.

An intern is needed to be on site during open hours, lead short script-based tours twice daily (11:30am and 2pm), and operate the gift shop. This position gives interns the chance to:
- Gain practical work experience in their major/desired field of study.
- Build stronger interpersonal and communication skills.
- Increase chances for employment in the museum field.
- Develop insights and perspectives of self and others.
The schedule is July 7th-September 3rd. Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays only. 11am-4pm. Pay is $10 per hour.
