Renovators’ Happy Hour Goes to Carrollton

Tour a double-galleried bracketed shotgun and learn how to make a neighborhood asset out of a blighted eyesore. Woody Koppel and Valmont Investments are successfully renovating a house once deemed unsalvageable by demolition proponents. Their transformation includes a new marketable floor plan for the shotgun. They are also improving the home’s energy efficiency by participating in the Home Energy Rebate Option (HERO) program.
