The Wentworth-Gardner and Tobias Lear Houses, two 18th century historic houses in the South End of Portsmouth, NH, are seeking a part-time Tour Guide for the 2011 season (June 15 through October 16). Responsibilities include giving tours of the Wentworth-Gardner and Tobias Lear Houses, taking money for tour admissions, and occasionally assisting with special events. Houses are open Wednesday through Sunday, 12-4pm (this opening is for all days but Thursday).
Qualifications: Experience working with the public and interest in museums and history.
